Delivery Time: Your orders will be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company's workload.

Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the shipping company's website. In case of any delay, please contact us.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. By placing an order online via www.merkaba.com.tr, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws, regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
3. Shipping costs for domestic deliveries will be covered by our company.
4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by any relevant documentation such as warranty certificate and user manual.
6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased item, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total amount must also be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
